Cargen relocated to piermont, bringing with him his expertise in custom and classical design, theme deve,opment, reproductions, residential and commercial restoration and more than 15  years expieience in artistry to rockland county.     Previosly based in Manhatton, Cargen is acclaimed for his ability to achieve a clients vision with accuracy while reflecting individuality. This year, he designed a mural for Christies fifth avenue for the  fundraising auction of of Princess Diana's dresses.     Cargens devesified backround in conceptuala design has earned hima respected reputation and an extensive list of client he has done work for including Robert Deniro, Aretha Franklin, Elsa Perretti, Paloma Picasso, Tiffany's Fifth avenue, and Escada.     He has created murals for Madison square garden, Chelsea Piers in New York City, Robert Isabell, Frangelico Liquers, Sony Studios, Costa Boda Crystal, Polygram records, and Various Music artists including Bon Jovi.     Other highlights of his carreer iclude designing interior peices for Christina Von Lippt, daughter of the the princess of Holland. For dodge and sharp electronics he designed on location concepts for product launches.     "Rockland county is rich with art and culture and there are many areas where you can find an appreciation for both," says Cargen. "I am looking forward to being based in Rockland. I have found the community extremely receptive to new concepts and ideas" Cargen says.
